Promotional Terms Policy

This Promotional Terms Policy applies to promotional offers, discount codes, special pricing, launch offers, and other promotions offered directly by YGEIA through ygeia.co, shop.ygeia.co, or YGEIA's official communication channels.

By participating in or redeeming a YGEIA promotion, customers agree to the applicable promotional terms and this Policy.

1. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

YGEIA may occasionally offer:

  • Discount codes

  • Percentage or fixed-value discounts

  • Launch or pre-launch offers

  • Limited-time pricing

  • Exclusive customer offers

  • Email or subscriber offers

  • Special promotional campaigns b

  • Other incentives or benefits

Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, validity period, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions.

2. PROMOTION VALIDITY

Promotions are valid only during the period communicated by YGEIA.

Once a promotion has expired, it cannot be applied retroactively to an order unless expressly stated otherwise.

YGEIA is not obligated to extend an expired promotion due to failure to redeem it within the applicable promotional period.

3. DISCOUNT CODES

Where a promotional code is required, customers must enter the valid code during checkout before completing payment.

Discount codes cannot normally be applied to previously completed orders.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the discount has been successfully applied before completing checkout.

4. PROMOTIONS CANNOT BE COMBINED

Unless expressly stated otherwise, YGEIA promotions, discounts, promotional codes, and special offers cannot be combined or stacked.

Only one eligible promotional offer may be applied to an order unless YGEIA specifically states that multiple offers may be combined.

5. PRODUCT & ORDER ELIGIBILITY

Promotions may apply only to selected:

  • Products

  • Collections

  • Order values

  • Customers

  • Countries or regions

  • Sales channels

  • Promotional periods

Certain products or offers may be excluded from promotions.

Any applicable exclusions or minimum purchase requirements will be communicated as part of the relevant promotional offer.

6. LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Promotional products and offers may be subject to limited availability.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee promotional pricing.

A promotion may end when the applicable promotional period expires or when allocated promotional inventory is exhausted.

7. FINAL SALE

Products purchased using a promotional offer remain subject to YGEIA's No Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

All sales are final. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges.

Eligible products received damaged or defective remain subject to YGEIA's Damaged Item Replacement Policy and may qualify for replacement only.

8. SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

Unless expressly included in a promotion, promotional discounts apply only to eligible product prices.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges are not automatically discounted by a product promotion.

International orders remain subject to YGEIA's Shipping Policy and Customs, Duties & Import Tax Policy.

9. PROMOTIONAL ERRORS

In the event of a material technical error, pricing error, incorrect discount configuration, or other promotional system error, YGEIA reserves the right to correct the error where permitted by applicable law.

If an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled under the incorrectly displayed terms, YGEIA may contact the customer or cancel the affected order.

If YGEIA cancels an order before shipment because of a verified promotional or pricing error, any captured payment for the cancelled order will be reversed or refunded as required.

10. MISUSE & FRAUD

Promotional offers may not be obtained or used through fraudulent activity, unauthorized automation, manipulation, creation of multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or other intentional abuse.

YGEIA reserves the right to reject or cancel a promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or material misuse.

Repeated or serious abuse may result in restriction from future promotions or purchases where permitted by applicable law.

11. PERSONAL OR UNIQUE CODES

Certain promotional codes may be issued specifically to an individual customer and may be limited to one-time use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, personal or unique promotional codes may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, or distributed for unauthorized commercial use.

12. THIRD-PARTY & CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGNS

Offers, perks, rewards, contributions, or promotional pricing made available through a third-party platform, including crowdfunding platforms such as Indiegogo, may be governed by separate campaign terms and the applicable third-party platform's terms and policies.

Such third-party campaign offers are not automatically considered Shopify promotional codes or YGEIA online-store promotions.

Where separate campaign-specific terms are provided, those terms apply to the relevant campaign.

13. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF PROMOTIONS

Where permitted by applicable law, YGEIA may modify, suspend, or discontinue a promotion due to inventory limitations, technical issues, fraud, operational requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.

Changes will not affect rights that have already become legally binding or rights that cannot be modified under applicable law.

14. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
